Sonia obtained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours in 2000 and a Master in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in 2004. She then obtained the title of Continence and Women's Health Physiotherapist in 2011 and now runs Pelvic Floor Health, a private practice devoted solely to pelvic health concerns.
